Hi! My name is Lila and I work as a Zendesk Consultant.

I'm lucky to have witnessed the beginning of OCC247 and have had the opportunity to grow as a professional in a different branch of my career in customer service.

I'm a strong believer that curiosity and imagination can take you far when looking for answers and new ways to approach a situation, problem, or customer need. 

Driven by this belief, I recently found a special interest in Bot builders, AI, and all the possibilities you could find with chatbots in Zendesk. 

I love to travel and learn new traditions and things from different cultures and people but I also enjoy learning by teaching and discovering new points of view.

I am also passionate about nature, meditation, and helping others with healing plants, and energy practices.
